Water is an increasingly scarce resource that we all need to live and carry out many of the daily tasks in a household.

While it is true that good and conscientious use by users is vital, the small actions we take, combined with water-saving technology, will increase the efficiency of a house to a greater extent.

There are various solutions to reduce water consumption, but few of them ensure that nothing is wasted. Energy-efficient appliances, water aerators or showers with efficient shower heads are some of the options we have to waste as little water as possible.

However, there is a sustainable water-saving technology that in its function avoids practically all the waste that can be produced. In addition, the energy expenditure that can be generated is very low, so that any water that is not thrown away does not have to be treated and therefore the impact on the carbon footprint is positive.

This is the WAISENSE water recirculation system. Its function is to prevent water accumulated in the hot water pipe from being flushed down the drain. It creates a recirculation point and connects the hot and cold water pipes. The system alerts you with a light signal when the hot water is ready for use.

We don’t have to stop there and have to choose one technology or another, if we combine the solutions mentioned above, they could save more than 1000 litres per person per month.
